OPEN DOORS POLICY
The Open Door Policy is deeply ingrained in GCMBPO. The fact that each leader's door is Open to any of his or her associates or to others who have a problem and want help is a key element in maintaining our high standards of human relations.
Each leader has the responsibility for maintaining an effective associate/manager relationship and for taking actions necessary to resolve the problems of associates. The Open Door Policy is a further reflection of ourbelief in the dignity of the individual and the right to appeal the actions of those for whom one works. It not only provides he means of resolving the associate's problem but also serves as a continuing survey of the health of the company.
Every leader has the responsibility to assure that each of his or her team members understand the Open Door Policy and to support its utilization for the resolution of problems. The Open Door Policy should be discussed with every new associate during the first weeks of employment.
